On October 7, 2024, Elanco Animal Health Incorporated was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Elanco securities between November 7, 2023 and June 26, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 4, 2024, Genius Group Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons or entities who, between December 1,
2023 to September 25, 2024 (the “Class Period”), purchased or acquired the securities of GNS on the NYSE or pursuant to other domestic transactions, as a result of the LZGI-GNS Merger (the “Class”).

On September 30, 2024, Paragon 28, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Paragon 28 common stock between May 5, 2023 and August 8, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

from all trading platforms for failure to comply with the SEC filing requirements on September 14, 2023 (“Class Period”).

On September 27, 2024, AMMO, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired AMMO securities between August 19, 2020 and September 24, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On September 27, 2024, Terran Orbital Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Terran securities between August 15, 2023 and August 14, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On September 24, 2024, Bumble Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Bumble securities between November 7, 2023 and August 7, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On September 20, 2024, Domino's Pizza, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Domino’s securities between December 7, 2023 and July 17, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On September 17, 2024, New Fortress Energy Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired New Fortress securities between February 29, 2024 and August 8, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On September 13, 2024, Coinbase Global, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired publicly traded Coinbase securities between April 14, 2021 and July 25, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On September 13, 2024, Allarity Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Allarity securities between May 17, 2022 and July 19, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
