On January 30, 2026, China Liberal Education Holdings Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of a proposed Class of all victims of the alleged scheme.

On January 12, 2026, Bath & Body Works Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Bath & Body Works securities between June 4, 2024 and November 19, 2025, inclusive (the "Class Period").

On January 7, 2026, Ardent Health, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf of investors who persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Ardent Health securities between July 18, 2024 and November 12, 2025, inclusive, and were damaged thereby (the “Class Period”).
