On May 13, 2026, Phreesia Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Phreesia common stock between May 8, 2025, to March 30, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
