On February 11, 2026, Kyndryl Holdings Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Kyndryl securities between August 7, 2024 and February 9, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
