On December 18, 2025, Coupang, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded securities of Coupang between August 6, 2025 and December 16, 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On December 10, 2025, Integer Holdings Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased Integer common stock between July 25, 2024 and October 22, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On December 10, 2025, Smartsheet Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York on behalf of all former stockholders of Smartsheet Inc.

On November 24, 2025, Stubhub Holdings Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired StubHub common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) issued in connection with the Company’s September 2025 initial public offering (“IPO” or the “Offering”).

On November 19, 2025, Jayud Global Logistics Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Jayud securities between April 21, 2023, and April 30, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 17, 2025, Skye Bioscience Inc was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Skye securities between November 4, 2024 and October 3, 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
