On July 7, 2026, Megan Holdings Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Megan securities between September 26, 2025, and March 25, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”) and also on behalf of all persons and/or entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Megan securities pursuant and/or traceable to the registration
statement and related prospectus (collectively, the “Offering Documents”) in connection with Megan’s initial public offering (“IPO”), which occurred on or around September 26, 2025, pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”).

On July 6, 2026, Photronics Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Photronics securities between December 10, 2025, to May 27, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

otherwise acquired Peabody Energy common stock between October 14, 2024 to May 4, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On June 23, 2026, First Solar Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired First Solar securities
between February 26, 2025 and February 24, 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On June 18, 2026, Black Rock Coffee Bar, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Black Rock Coffee: (a) Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) issued in connection with the Company’s September 2025 initial public offering (“IPO” or the “Offering”); and/or (b) securities between September 12, 2025 and May 12, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On June 18, 2026, Terran Orbital Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of all shareholders of record of Terran Orbital Corporation
(“Terran” “TOC” or the “Company”) on the record date of the vote for the acquisition of Terran by Lockheed Martin Corporation (“LM” or “Lockheed”).
