On September 23, 2022, Discovery, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who (1) exchanged Discovery, Inc. common stock for Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. ("WBD") common stock pursuant or traceable to Discovery’s February 4, 2022 Registration Statement on Form S-4 and Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus filed with the SEC on February 10, 2022, or (2) purchased shares of WBD common stock on the open market traceable to the Prospectus through the date of the filing of the Complaint.

On September 20, 2022, Fulgent Genetics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s securities between March 22, 2019 and August 4, 2022.

On September 15, 2022, Palantir Technologies Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s securities between November 9, 2021 and May 6, 2022.
