On December 20, 2021, SharpSpring was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the Northern District Court of Florida relating to a proposed transaction announced on June 22, 2021, pursuant to which SharpSpring, Inc. would be acquired by Constant Contact, Inc. in an all-cash sale.

On December 20, 2021, Reata was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities, and/or sold put options between November 9, 2020 and December 8, 2021.

On December 17, 2021, Robinhood Markets was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased shares pursuant or traceable to the Company’s Registration Statement and Prospectus (together, the “Offering Documents”) issued in connection with the Company’s July 2021 Initial Public Offering (the "IPO" or the "Offering").

On December 17, 2021, Redwire Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between August 11, 2021 and November 14, 2021.

On December 17, 2021, Marathon Digital Holdings was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between October 13, 2020 and November 15, 2021.

On December 10, 2021, Revance Therapeutics was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between November 25, 2019 and October 11, 2021.

On December 10, 2021, Paysafe Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between December 7, 2020 and November 10, 2021.

On December 8, 2021, Berkeley Lights was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between July 17, 2020 and September 14, 2021.

On December 2, 2021, Alfi was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of investors who purchased common stock or warrants pursuant or traceable to the Company’s Registration Statement and Prospectus (together, the “Offering Documents”) issued in connection with the Company’s May 2021 Initial Public Offering and/or purchased the Company’s securities between May 4, 2021 and November 15, 2021, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period").

On November 23, 2021, Playtika was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between January 15, 2021 and November 2, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”) and/or held pursuant and/or traceable to the Company's initial public offering conducted on or about January 15, 2021.

On November 18, 2021, Peloton was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between December 9, 2020 and November 4, 2021.
