On February 28, 2022, Affirm Holdings, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities on February 10, 2022 at approximately 1:15 p.m. EST (the “Class Period”).

On February 22, 2022, Gatos Silver, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between October 28, 2020 and January 25, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”) and/or purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s shares pursuant to the Company’s October 2020 initial public offering (the “IPO”).

On February 16, 2022, Pulse Biosciences was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between January 12, 2021 and February 7, 2022.
