On February 17, 2023, Alico, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Alico securities between February 4, 2021 and December 13, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On February 17, 2023, Terran Orbital, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who were non-insider owners of shares in pre-merger Terran Orbital, Inc. through their employment.

On February 16, 2023, Inspirato Incorporated was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Inspirato securities between May 11, 2022 and December 15, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On February 15, 2023, Kornit Digital Ltd. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Kornit ordinary shares between February 17, 2021 and July 5, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On February 10, 2023, Caribou Biosciences, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired: (a) Caribou common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents (defined below) issued in connection with the Company’s initial public offering conducted on or about July 23, 2021 (the “IPO” or “Offering”); and/or (b) Caribou securities between July 23, 2021 and December 9, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On February 8, 2023, Global Payments, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Global
Payments securities between October 31, 2019 and October 18, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On February 6, 2023, PLDT, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded PLDT securities between January 1, 2019 and December 19, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On February 03, 2023, Atlassian Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased and/or acquired Atlassian ordinary shares and/or common stock between August 5, 2022 and November 3, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On February 02, 2023, Honda Motor Co., Ltd. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Honda American Depository Shares (“ADSs”) between June 20, 2018 and September 28, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

Ryvyl Inc. (NASDAQ: RYVL)

On February 01, 2023, Ryvyl Inc. (f/k/a GreenBox POS) was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Ryvyl securities: (1) pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) issued in connection with the Company’s January 29, 2021 public offering (the “Offering”); and/or (2) between January 29, 2021 and January 20, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

Allianz SE (OTHER: ALIZY)

On January 31, 2023, Allianz SE was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Allianz securities between March 9, 2018 and May 17, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 31, 2023, Invivyd, Inc. f/k/a Adagio Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between November 29, 2021 and December 14, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 27, 2023, National Vision Holdings, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of investors who purchased shares of National Vision common stock between May 13, 2021 and May 9, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”)

On January 24, 2023, Sotera Health Company was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s shares (i) pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s November 2020 initial public offering (the “IPO”); (ii) pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s March 2021 secondary public offering (the “SPO,” and together with the IPO, the “Offerings”); and/or (iii) between November 20, 2020 and September 19, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 20, 2023, Fate Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Fate securities between April 2, 2020 and January 5, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 18, 2023, Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased shares of the Company's common stock on the open market, or pursuant to Registration Statements filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), during the period October 6, 2020 through October 28, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 13, 2023, International Business Machines Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the securities of IBM during the period of January 18, 2018, and
October 16, 2018, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 12, 2023, Bioventus Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired: (a) Bioventus Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents issued in connection with the Company's initial public offering conducted on or about February 11, 2021 (the "IPO" or "Offering"); and/or (b) Bioventus securities between February 11, 2021 and November 21, 2022, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period").  An Amended Complaint was filed, amending the Class Period to February 11, 2021 to March 30, 2023.

On January 12, 2023, ESS Tech Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded ESS securities between August 11, 2022 and December 7, 2022, inclusive (the "Class Period").

On January 12, 2023, Southwest Airlines Co. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Southwest Airlines securities between June 13, 2020, and December 31, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
