On November 6, 2023, Holley Inc. f/k/a Empower Ltd. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Holley securities between July 21, 2021 and February 6, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 3, 2023, Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Outlook securities between December 29, 2022 and August 29, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 3, 2023, SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired SolarEdge securities between May 3, 2023, and October 19, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 1, 2023, Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired publicly traded Brainstorm Cell securities between August 15, 2022 and September 27, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 1, 2023, Barclays PLC was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Barclays securities between July 22, 2019 and October 12, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 27, 2023, SunPower Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the securities of SunPower between March 9, 2023 and October 24, 2023 (the “Class Period”).

On October 27, 2023, DocGo Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired DocGo securities between November 8, 2022 and September 17, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 24, 2023, AdaptHealth Corp. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired: (i) AdaptHealth common stock between August 4, 2020 and February 27, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”); and/or (ii) AdaptHealth common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s secondary public offering conducted on or around January 5, 2021 (the “SPO”).

On October 20, 2023, Adobe Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the common
stock of Adobe between July 23, 2021 and September 15, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 20, 2023, Farfetch Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Farfetch securities
between March 9, 2023 and August 17, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 16, 2023, DermTech, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or
otherwise acquired DermTech securities between May 3, 2022 and November 3, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 13, 2023, the Defendants, present and former executives of Capstone Green Energy Corp., were sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Capstone securities between June 14, 2021 and September 22, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 13, 2023, Nikola Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Nikola securities between February 24, 2022 and September 7, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 9, 2023, Advance Auto Parts, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired AAP securities between November 16, 2022 and May 30, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 6, 2023, DLocal Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired DLocal securities between May 2, 2022 and May 25, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 4, 2023, Emisphere Technologies, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who sold shares of the publicly traded
common stock of Emisphere Technologies, Inc. (“Emisphere” or the “Company”) from November 6, 2020, the announcement date of the merger (“Merger”) between Emisphere and Novo Nordisk A/S (“Novo Nordisk” or “Novo”), through the close of the Merger on December 8, 2020, (the “Class Period”), including investors who sold their shares of Emisphere common stock into the Merger on December 8, 2020.
