On May 11 2022, First High-School Education Group Co., Ltd. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased FHS American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) in or traceable to the Company’s March 2021 initial public offering (the “IPO”).

On May 10, 2022, Mandiant, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on behalf of investors who were Mandiant common shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 6, 2022 (“Class Period”), the record date for Mandiant common shareholders eligible to vote on the merger of Mandiant and Google.

On April 28, 2022, Zynga, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who were common shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 4, 2022, the record date for shareholders eligible to vote on the merger of Zynga and Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

On April 27, 2022, Natera, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between February 26, 2020 and April 19, 2022.

On April 25, 2022, Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between May 7, 2020 and April 13, 2022.

On April 22, 2022, IronNet, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between September 15, 2021 and December 15, 2021.
