On January 31, 2023, Allianz SE was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Allianz securities between March 9, 2018 and May 17, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 31, 2023, Invivyd, Inc. f/k/a Adagio Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between November 29, 2021 and December 14, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 27, 2023, National Vision Holdings, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of investors who purchased shares of National Vision common stock between May 13, 2021 and May 9, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”)

On January 20, 2023, Fate Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Fate securities between April 2, 2020 and January 5, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 18, 2023, Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased shares of the Company's common stock on the open market, or pursuant to Registration Statements filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), during the period October 6, 2020 through October 28, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 13, 2023, International Business Machines Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the securities of IBM during the period of January 18, 2018, and
October 16, 2018, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 12, 2023, Bioventus Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired: (a) Bioventus Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents issued in connection with the Company's initial public offering conducted on or about February 11, 2021 (the "IPO" or "Offering"); and/or (b) Bioventus securities between February 11, 2021 and November 21, 2022, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period").  An Amended Complaint was filed, amending the Class Period to February 11, 2021 to March 30, 2023.

On January 12, 2023, ESS Tech Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded ESS securities between August 11, 2022 and December 7, 2022, inclusive (the "Class Period").
