On January 4, 2024, Maison Solutions Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Maison (a) Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) issued in connection with the Company’s October 2023 initial public offering (“IPO” or the “Offering”); and/or (b) securities between October 5, 2023 and December 15, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On December 26, 2023, Focus Financial Partners Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on behalf of investors who (1) sold shares of Focus Financial common stock from February 27, 2023 through the closing of the “take-private” acquisition of Focus Financial by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC (“CD&R”) on August 31, 2023 (the “Merger”), including investors who sold their shares of Focus Financial common stock into the Merger, and (2) all persons or entities that held Focus Financial common stock on the June 9, 2023 record date for the Merger who were entitled to vote on the Merger.
