On December 1, 2022, Generac Holdings Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between April 29, 2021 and November 1, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 17, 2022, Olaplex Holdings, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Olaplex common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s initial public offering conducted on or around September 30, 2021 (the “IPO” or “Offering”).

On November 17, 2022, Bird Global, Inc. f/k/a Switchback II Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded securities of Bird between May 14, 2021 and November 14, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 16, 2022, Torrid Holdings Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased Torrid common stock in or traceable to the Company’s July 2021 initial public offering (the “IPO”).

On November 14, 2022, Rent the Runway, Inc.  was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the Company’s shares pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s October 2021 initial public offering (the “IPO”).

On November 14, 2022, Vintage Wine Estates, Inc.  was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Vintage Wine securities between October 13, 2021 and September 13, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 14, 2022, Core Scientific Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Core Scientific securities between January 3, 2022 and October 26, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 11, 2022, Unisys Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Unisys securities between August 3, 2022 and November 7, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 8, 2022, Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Eiger securities between March 10, 2021 and October 4, 2022.

On November 4, 2022, Avalara, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington on behalf of public shareholders of Avalara who on September 12, 2022, voted in favor of the acquisition of Avalara by Vista Equity Partners Management, LLC.

On November 3, 2022, Enviva Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between February 21, 2019 and October 11, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 3, 2022, SolarEdge Technologies Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired common shares of SolarEdge stock between August 6, 2022 to October 19, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On November 1, 2022, Freshworks Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the Company’s shares pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s September 2021 initial public offering (the “IPO”).

On November 1, 2022, FIGS, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired: (i) FIGS securities between May 27, 2021 and May 12, 2022, inclusive (the "Class Period"); and/or (ii) FIGS stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents (as defined herein) issued in connection with FIGS' initial public offering (the "IPO").

On October 31, 2022, Polished.com Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Polished securities: (1) pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and related prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) issued in connection with the Company’s 2020 initial public offering (the “IPO” or “Offering”); and/or (2) between July 27, 2020 and August 25, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On October 26, 2022, U.S. Bancorp was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s securities between August 1, 2019 and July 28, 2022.

On October 21, 2022, Compass Minerals International, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between October 31, 2017 and November 18, 2018.

On October 20, 2022, Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between February 13, 2018 and August 9, 2022.

On October 19, 2022, Rite Aid Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s securities between April 14, 2022 and September 28, 2022.

On October 14, 2022, International Game Technology was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s securities between March 16, 2018 and August 29, 2022.
