On January 6, 2023, Enovix Corporation, f/k/a Rodgers Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp., was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s shares between February 22, 2021 and January 3, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”), including shares of Rodgers Silicon prior to July 15, 2021.

On December 12, 2022, Citrix Systems, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of all individuals and entities that were Citrix common shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2022 (“Class Period”), when the Company's merger with Vista Equity Partners and Elliott Investment Management L.P.  closed.
