On February 21, 2023, Volta, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who were Volta common shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2023, the record date for Volta common shareholders eligible to vote on the Merger transaction pursuant to which Volta will merge into an affiliate of Shell USA, Inc.

On February 17, 2023, Terran Orbital, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who were non-insider owners of shares in pre-merger Terran Orbital, Inc. through their employment.
