On March 13, 2023, SVB Financial Group was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded securities of SVB between June 16, 2021 and March 10, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On March 8, 2023, Credit Suisse Group AG was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Credit Suisse securities between December 1, 2022 and February 17, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). On February 21, 2023, Volta, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who were Volta common shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2023, the record date for Volta common shareholders eligible to vote on the Merger transaction pursuant to which Volta will merge into an affiliate of Shell USA, Inc.

On February 17, 2023, Alico, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Alico securities between February 4, 2021 and December 13, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
