On May 12, 2023, The Walt Disney Company was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased Disney common stock between December 10, 2020 and November 8, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 12, 2023, Stem, Inc. f/k/a Star Peak Energy Transition Corp. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Stem securities: (a) pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents issued in connection with the merger (“Merger”) consummated on April 28, 2021 by and among the Company, STPK Merger Sub Corp. (“Merger Sub”), and Stem, Inc., a private Delaware corporation (“Legacy Stem”); and/or (b) between March 4, 2021 and February 16, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 11, 2023, Beyond Meat, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between May 5, 2020 and October 13, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 11, 2023, Icahn Enterprises L.P. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Icahn Enterprises securities between August 2, 2018 and May 9, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 10, 2023, SVB Financial Group was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who acquired SVB Financial Group common stock pursuant to the Offering Materials issued in connection with the July 2021 transaction through which SVB acquired and merged with Boston Private Bank & Trust Company.

On May 3, 2023, Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Spirit securities between April 8, 2020 and April 13, 2023 inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 2, 2023, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired TDS securities between May 6, 2022 and November 3, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 28, 2023, adidas AG was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded adidas securities between May 3,2018 and February 21, 2023, inclusive (the "Class Period").

On April 28, 2023, Fulcrum Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired Fulcrum securities between March 3, 2022 and March 8, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 27, 2023, Alliance Data Systems Corporation (“ADS”), as well as certain officers and executives of Loyalty Ventures, ADS, and the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of ADS, were sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on behalf of investors who purchased Loyalty Ventures common stock between November 8, 2021 and June 7, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 25, 2023, Edgio, Inc. f/k/a Limelight Networks, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Edgio securities between February 11, 2021 and March 12, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 20, 2023, Trinseo PLC was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Trinseo securities between May 3, 2021 and March 27, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 19, 2023, Wheels Up Experience Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired publicly traded Wheels Up securities between November 9, 2022 and March 31, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 14, 2023, Arqit Quantum Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Arqit securities pursuant or traceable to the F-4 Registration Statement and Prospectus for the September 1, 2021 offering of Arqit securities (the “Registration Statement”) in connection with the merger between Arqit and Centricus (the “Merger”).

On April 14, 2023, Nutanix, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Nutanix securities between September 21, 2021 and March 6, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
