On August 26, 2022, Humanigen, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s securities between May 28, 2021 and July 12, 2022.

On August 23, 2022, Bed Bath & Beyond Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s shares between March 25, 2022 and August 18, 2022.

On August 16, 2022, Uber Technologies, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between May 31, 2019 and July 8, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, LifeStance Health Group, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s June 2021 initial public offering (the “IPO”).

On August 5, 2022, Kiromic BioPharma was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired: (a) Kiromic common stock pursuant to the July 2021 public offering and/or (b) Kiromic common stock between June 25, 2021 and August 13, 2021.

On August 4, 2022, Coinbase Global was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s publicly traded securities between April 14, 2021 and July 26, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On July 26, 2022, Enochian Biosciences Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between September 24, 2020 and May 31, 2022.

On July 19, 2022, 17 Education & Technology Group Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded 17EdTech securities pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and related prospectus issued in connection with 17EdTech December 2020 initial public offering.

On July 18, 2022, TG Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s securities between January 15, 2020 and May 31, 2022.
