On April 25, 2023, Edgio, Inc. f/k/a Limelight Networks, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Edgio securities between February 11, 2021 and March 12, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 24, 2023, LivePerson, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded LivePerson securities between May 10, 2022 and March 16, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 20, 2023, Eqonex Limited was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Eqonex securities between March 7, 2022 and November 29, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”) and/or unregistered EQO securities between April 8, 2021 and the present (the “Unregistered Securities Class Period”).

On April 20, 2023, Trinseo PLC was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Trinseo securities between May 3, 2021 and March 27, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

acquired publicly traded Wheels Up securities between November 9, 2022 and March 31, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On April 19, 2023, Teleperformance SE was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Idaho on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Teleperformance American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") between July 29, 2020 and November 9, 2022, inclusive (the "Class Period").

On April 14, 2023, Arqit Quantum Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Arqit securities pursuant or traceable to the F-4 Registration Statement and Prospectus for the September 1, 2021 offering of Arqit securities (the “Registration Statement”) in connection with the merger between Arqit and Centricus (the “Merger”).

On April 06, 2023, BurgerFi International, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired BurgerFi securities between December 17, 2020 and November 15, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
