On June 2, 2023, Funko, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Funko common stock on a U.S. open market during the class period May 6, 2022 through March 1, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On June 2, 2023, Atlas Lithium Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Atlas Lithium securities between March 25, 2022 and May 3, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 12, 2023, The Walt Disney Company was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased Disney common stock between December 10, 2020 and November 8, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 12, 2023, Stem, Inc. f/k/a Star Peak Energy Transition Corp. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Stem securities: (a) pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents issued in connection with the merger (“Merger”) consummated on April 28, 2021 by and among the Company, STPK Merger Sub Corp. On April 27, 2023, Alliance Data Systems Corporation (“ADS”), as well as certain officers and executives of Loyalty Ventures, ADS, and the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of ADS, were sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on behalf of investors who purchased Loyalty Ventures common stock between November 8, 2021 and June 7, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
