On June 5, 2025, Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Reckitt American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) between January 13, 2021, and July 28, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On June 2, 2025, Fortrea Holdings, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Fortrea securities between July 3, 2023 and February 28, 2025 both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 22, 2025, Coinbase Global, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Coinbase securities between April 14, 2021 and May 14, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 22, 2025, DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired DoubleVerify common stock between November 10, 2023 and February 27, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 16, 2025, MicroStrategy Incorporated d/b/a Strategy was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Strategy securities between April 30, 2024 and April 4, 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 16, 2025, Krispy Kreme, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Krispy Kreme securities between February 25, 2025 and May 7, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

acquired Iovance securities between May 9, 2024 and May 8, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 12, 2025, Elevance Health, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on behalf of all purchasers of Elevancecommon stock between April 18, 2024, and October 16, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 9, 2025, Compass Group Diversified Holdings, LLC, and Compass Diversified Holdings were sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Compass securities between May 1, 2024, and May 7, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 9, 2025, Bitfarms Ltd. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Bitfarms securities between March 21, 2023 and December 9, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

This action stems from a proposed transaction announced on March 10, 2025, pursuant to which Redfin Corporation will be acquired by Rocket Companies, Inc. This class action was filed against Redfin, Rocket, and nine individual Defendants.

On May 8, 2025, Digimarc Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Digimarc securities between May 3, 2024 and February 26, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 7, 2025, UnitedHealth Group Incorporated was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased publicly

On May 5, 2025, West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired West common stock between February 16, 2023, and February 12, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 2, 2025, Civitas Resources, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Civitas securities between February 27, 2024 and February 24, 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On May 1, 2025, Open Lending Corporation was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Open Lending securities between February 24, 2022 and March 31, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
