On September 6, 2023, UiPath Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York  on behalf of investors who purchased the Company’s shares between April 21, 2021 and March 30, 2022, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On September 1, 2023, Discover Financial Services was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired DFS common stock between February 21, 2019 and August 14, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On August 31, 2023, MaxLinear, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of purchasers of the American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) of Silicon Motion from June 6, 2023 through July 26, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
