On January 25, 2024, GrafTech International Ltd. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on behalf of investors who purchased GrafTech common stock
between February 8, 2019 and August 3, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On January 24, 2024, British American Tobacco p.l.c. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise
acquired publicly traded BAT securities between February 9, 2023 and December 6, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
