On August 15, 2023, Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Infinity securities between January 5, 2022 and July 24, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On August 3, 2023, RTX Corporation, f/k/a Raytheon Technologies Corporation, was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded RTX securities between February 8, 2021 and July 25, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On August 1, 2023, Party City Holdco Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Party City securities between November 8, 2022 and June 9, 2023, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On July 31, 2023, Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Aldeyra securities between March 17, 2022 and June 20, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

Bausch securities between August 6, 2020 and May 3, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On July 25, 2023, Sumo Logic, Inc. was sued for violations of the federal securities laws in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of former public stockholders of Sumo Logic as of the April 3, 2023 record date to vote on the Merger transaction pursuant to which Sumo Logic merged into an affiliate of Francisco Partners Management, L.P.
