The Complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, the Complaint alleges Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) in “allowing play” from certain jurisdictions, multiple customers of Evolution’s were, or were deemed by regulators to be, unlicensed and/or in breach of the laws of those jurisdictions; and (ii) Defendants’ statements were false, as they misrepresented the extent of Evolution’s involvement with regulatorily noncompliant customers. The Complaint claims that the Class was damaged by Defendants' alleged conduct.
